ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT
This contract is for the personal services of Rhythm City, for the engagement
described below between the undersigned purchaser of music ("Buyer") and the
undersigned musicians on the terms and conditions described below.

NOTE: All payments shall be in cash, cashier's check or certified check Payable
to RHYTHM CITY. Deposit due 14 days after receipt of contract. Final payment
due before commencement of engagement.
5.An area and/or stage of approximately 12 feet by 20 feet will be provided for
the band with three 20 amp electrical outlets(minimum) available and convenient
to the performance area. A reasonable time and access will be allowed for setup.

6.Special Conditions:__________________________________________________________
Rate includes all things above.
Buyers' responsibilities are as follows: To notify Rhythm City of any changes
in time, place, or special requests at least two weeks in advance. Any delay in
starting time caused by the Buyer, or management of venue will not penalize
Rhythm City. If the show is cancelled by the Buyer for any reason, the Buyer
forfeits the deposit. The agreement of Rhythm City to perform is subject to
proven detention by sickness, accidents, strikes, epidemics, acts of God,or any
other legitimate conditions beyond their control.
